Starch granules is one of cassava starch kinds. Starch granules is produced by the physical method.
So what is physical modification method?
In fact, physical method is a method of pure starch denaturation using physical forces.
For example, those are pressing, compressing and gelatinising effect on starch. All of the following methods change some of its properties to suit the application.
